If you would like to share your ‘favourites’ with us, email us at social@experiencenottinghamshire.com or use the comment section below. You may feature on our blog and our various social media platforms.   Alan is a local photographer who often shares his gorgeous pictures of the county with us.All the photographs on this page are his. His favourite places are: "Felley Priory A favourite place for me is Felley Priory, such a wonderful garden set in the beautiful Nottinghamshire countryside. From early snowdrops and fantastic springtime display of daffodils that carpet the orchard through to the colour of summer and autumn and on to the frosted days of winter, it's a garden for all seasons. Having enjoyed the views from the garden it's nice to sample the delights in the cottage tea room before leaving. Attenborough Nature Reserve What could be nicer than to take a morning walk around Attenborough Nature Reserve with the birds singing in the trees, looking out over the water at the wildlife? Then stroll on down to the banks of the Trent and watch the world go by . Every day is different, it's always changing with the seasons. Naturescape One of my favourite places is to walk amongst the wildflower fields at Naturescape wildflower farm in Nottinghamshire. Its a real joy, from the scent and colour of the beautiful wildflowers, to the birds and butterflies - it's a must in the summer months."
