I have a few secret little places there that I've discovered over the years and have used it as a backdrop for several photo shoots. The Broadway.... for films, food and drink all under one roof. It's also a really good place for meetings or just sitting with my laptop and getting some work done. Nottingham Contemporary, a fab addition to the city. Art, photography and great music and events. Hmmm pubs, I can't just list one. The Hand & Heart on Derby Road and The Jam Café in Hockley are great and The Golden Fleece on Mansfield Road has really good food and super friendly staff."
