Faye Rollinson is the Business Development and Marketing Coordinator at the Galleries of Justice Museum in Nottingham. Here are her favourite places.

"Gatecrasher:   On a Saturday night, I can usually be found in my favourite nightclub, listening to the finest sounds from Nottingham’s top Dj, Nathan Hadley.  Gatecrasher Nottingham plays all my favourite kinds of music and is the perfect place to dance the night away or sit and relax with my girlfriends after a long week at work. Newstead Abbey:  Completely the opposite to a buzzing nightclub, Newstead Abbey is one of my favourite places to escape from the hustle and bustle of the vibrant city centre.  Although I am very much a city girl and have a great love for its character, sometimes, it’s nice for me to get away somewhere more peaceful and idyllic.  I love the rippling lakes, the stunning wildlife and the deep history of the Abbey itself, but what I love most is kicking off my shoes and paddling in the cool, refreshing waterfall on a hot summers day! My favourite parts of the grounds are the Japanese gardens and the Rose garden. With the vibrant, exotic colours of the flowers and its tranquil, calming atmosphere, this is the perfect place to relax and let any stresses float away. Rock Cemetery:  Although this may sound somewhat morbid to some, Rock Cemetery is one of my favourite places in Nottingham.  Steeped in so much history and with many fine tomb sculptures dating back to 1856 when the cemetery first opened, I find the original sandstone rocks and sandpits extremely fascinating and it is a remarkable piece of Nottingham’s true history.  It is easy to spend a whole afternoon inside this iconic cemetery just reading the gravestones of the locals who made our city what it is today. Iberico World Tapas RestaurantIberico offers me the finest dining experience that money can buy!  The menu is outstanding and the mouth watering dishes are to die for.  But what strikes me most about the restaurant is its unique, historic setting of the Galleries of Justice Museum.  Seated in what feels like original sandstone caves, this is the finest dining experience in Nottinghamshire for me."
