Voting now open for photography comp finalists

Finalists for the Experience Nottinghamshire 2012 photo competition have now been chosen.

The competitions attracted an extremely high standard of entries and over 100 people entered their favourite photos of Nottinghamshire.

Finalist photos are now available for voting on the Love Notts facebook page, with voting closing on Friday 7^th December.

A people’s choice prize will be awarded for each of the four categories will each win a prize for their outstanding effort. The overall winner, picked by a panel of tourism judges and revealed on the 14^th December, will win a £200 cash prize and have their photograph featured on Experience Nottinghamshire’s marketing material.

Select finalist photos will be featured in the visitor guide and the www.experiencenottinghamshire.com website to encourage tourism to the county.

Due to the high volume of wildlife images received, Experience Nottinghamshire has created a new competition category showing Nottinghamshire’s wildlife. The prize for this category is a discount voucher to Verdant Wildlife Tours.
