With your help, we could see Robin Hood win England’s ultimate claim to fame and be featured in a landmark exhibition on London’s Southbank to mark St George’s Day! VisitEngland’sHall of Fame has reopened for voting and we only have until 13th April to make sure Robin Hood is the ultimate winner of England’s claim to fame. There are 60 claims in total and members of the public have just one vote. The winner, Logo-Partners-PortraitThe People’s Choice, will appear in England’s Hall of Fame alongside 18 of the country’s best claims to fame (a bronze, silver and gold per category) from the shortlist chosen by an expert panel following almost 1,000 suggestions made by members of the public. The world-famous legend of Robin Hood is rooted in Sherwood Forest, Nottinghamshire. Discover more about Nottingham’s lovable rogue on a guided tour with the man himself, acquaint yourself with the city's most historic spots or fire your best arrow on an archery course in the forest where the legend began. There are ten finalists in each of the six categories and you can vote for Robin in The Great, The Good and the Notorious category. VisitEngland’s Hall of Fame exhibition at the Southbank’s Observation Point will run from 23rd-30th April.  It will celebrate what England has brought to the world and what makes the country such a diverse and fascinating place to visit and explore.
