The Trent to Trenches Exhibition marks one hundred years since the outbreak of the Great War and explores the experiences of the people of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire at home and in the trenches from 1914 - 1918.
Using evocative visual images, diaries, letters and artefacts, many on loan from members of the public, the exhibition highlights the lasting impact of the conflict on the communities of Nottinghamshire.
Organised by Nottingham City Museums and Galleries, and researched and made possible by a large team of volunteers, Trent to Trenches is part of the Imperial War Museum's First World War Centenary Partnership. You can find out more information on the programme of events on the Nottingham City Council website.
To mark the opening of this landmark exhibition, we are giving away six family tickets to the exhibition which runs from 26th July - 16th November 2014 at the Nottingham Castle Museum and Art Gallery. A family ticket is for up to two adults and up to three children.
In order to win this great prize, all you have to do is fill out your details below and then answer the question that follows. The closing date for entries is Friday 25th July and we will notify the winner on Monday 28th July.
