1. Garden of fire

Celebrate Christmas with an exclusive event at Clumber Park’s walled garden. Experience stunning sights of this elemental force and make it a night to remember for you and your family. Follow the trail that will lead you on a path of discovery past dazzling fire sculptures, sparkling lanterns and much more. Join the fun every Thursday - Sunday from Thursday 26 November - Sunday 13 December between 5pm - 8pm.

2. Christmas Wreath Making at Hart's

Be productive and welcome Christmas with wreath making at Hart’s Restaurant this December.  Join this special festive workshop hosted by experienced local florist Pam Gibson where she will show you how to make a decorative festive wreath from a selection of festive foliage. The wreath will be yours to take home at the end of the day. Mulled wine and mince pies will also be waiting for you on arrival. 7^th December, 6pm- 9pm – booking strongly advised.

3. Maggie's Christmas Carol Concert

This year will see the return of the most loved Maggie’s Christmas Carol Concert at St Barnabas Cathedral on Derby Road. Join Maggie’s Nottingham for an evening of festive entertainment and help raise funds to help people affected by cancer. 9^th December, 6:30pm – book tickets now to avoid disappointment.

4. Christmas Jumper party at National Ice Centre

Grab a friend or a whole bunch of them and join the special Christmas Jumper party at the National Ice Centre. Attractive prizes will be given for the best jumpers. 10^th December, 7:30-9:30pm. Don’t forget to check out Ice Centre’s Christmas Family Foam Party which is on 27^th December.

5. Christmas Eve Walk

Escape the hustle and bustle of high street shopping and the last minute Christmas rush and enjoy a stroll with a ranger through the ancient glades of Sherwood, looking for winter wildlife and discovering more about this legendary forest. 24^th December 11am-12.30pm.
