Staff at Ye Olde Bell Hotel and Restaurant toasted local owners Paul and Hilary Levack in celebration of their 10 years ownership of the hotel. The dedicated team at the hotel in Barnby Moor, North Nottinghamshire presented the couple with a specially designed leather bound book that shared their thanks, memories and anecdotes from the last ten years. Kate Firth, General Manager, said: “We all felt we could not let this very special anniversary go by without marking the occasion to show how much we all appreciate how fortunate we are that Hilary & Paul stepped in to save our wonderful hotel.  Their vision, investment and support has been tremendous and we are all looking forward to the excitement of the next decade under their ownership, whatever it may bring.” Longstanding local residents of Barnby Moor Paul and Hilary had strong ties and affection for Ye Olde Bell and when the hotel came up for auction after years of ownership by various hotel groups, they decided to step in. They have spent the last 10 years overseeing a full-scale renovation and restoration thatwas sympathetic to the heritage yet firmly brought the 17th century hotel into the 21st century. Paul & Hilary said: "We would like to thank all the team at Ye Olde Bell past and present for their support, hard work and passion over the last ten years. "We are only a small part of the success story and it is the team that has taken the hotel to where it is today. We’re now really looking forward to the next ten years, which will start with the opening of our brand new luxury spa later this spring.”
