1. Murder Mystery: Don't Look Back in Anger

Editor Rex Wright has invited you to the launch party of his latest and hottest magazine, You Got Judged! featuring It-Girl Vienna Ritz-Carlton. What better place to hold the party than the Shire Hall, with its former courtrooms to play on the new magazine's name? But the party begins with a shocking discovery... Rex is found dead! Key suspects include the star girl herself, a rival publisher, a local journalist, and Rex's child. Do you have the wits to take this 1990s whodunnit from glossy cover to guilty? 2. Robin Hood Festival

Sherwood Forest are celebrating the 40th Robin Hood Festival in 2026, with another sensational summer of spectacular arena shows and performances and displays to delight visitors of all ages. For the Grand Finale, the Outlaws are back in the Festival arena for with their inimitable mix of storytelling and combat displays. Expect charming puppet shows, live music, the traditional art of falconry, magic tricks that will leave you stunned and more!

3. Day Fever Festival

The UK’s biggest daytime disco Day Fever is coming to The Arboretum in Nottingham for the perfect summer party. Special guest Paddy McGuinness will be DJ-ing alongside Vicky McClure and Jonny Owen, plus there'll be live music from the Bandarama Brass Band. Tunes on tap, impromptu crowd singalongs, trees galore and a date over the long weekend provide the perfect ingredients for a summer shindig.
4. Foolhardy Folk Festival

Set within the beautiful surroundings of Nottingham Arboretum, the one-day gathering has grown into one of the Midlands’ most beloved independent festivals, known for its warmth, quality and carefully curated line-ups. This year, the line-up including Skinny Lister, 3 Daft Monkeys, K.O.G, Gecko, Nuala and King Killership will be joined by the headline guest Badly Drawn Boy. Alongside the music, festival-goers can expect top notch local street food, a bar showcasing Nottingham breweries, and the relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere that has become Foolhardy’s calling card.
5. Southwell Music Festival

6. Biscuit Baking
