1. Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival x Wine, Champagne & Prosecco Festival
Wednesday 7 – Saturday 10 October 2026 | Trent Bridge Cricket Ground | Tickets from £10
Trent Bridge will host a 'Festival of Festivals' as an independent wine, champagne and prosecco festival runs alongside the legendary Nottingham CAMRA Beer Festival for the very first time. Brewery bars representing Nottingham's finest brewers will stand alongside stillages of quality real ales from many other esteemed brewers across the country, as the Beer & Cider festival returns with access to new areas and a jam-packed live music programme. The Trent Bridge Wine, Champagne and Prosecco Festival, meanwhile, will play host to bars themed by local wine merchants and established brands alongside nibbles, street food and musical entertainment.
2. Nottingham International Market

Market Place Europe will be returning to Old Market Square, bringing a huge selection of traders from across the world for a fantastic five-day event. There will be a great selection of arts, crafts and unique gifts at the International Market. Shoppers can explore a unique range of jewellery, clothing, fairtrade wooden carvings and handmade ceramics, olive wood and much more. For street food lovers, there will be a tempting selection of continental and international flavours to sample and other food offerings, including traditional bakery products, olives, baklava, cheeses and meats and for those with a sweet tooth you will be spoiled by delicious french crepes and churros, smoothies, sweets and much more.
3. Pick Your Own Pumpkins

Set in the rolling Nottinghamshire countryside a few miles north of Nottingham, this family-run 'Pick Your Own' has plenty of pumpkins and squashes for you to choose from in October! With thousands of pumpkins, squashes and gourds grown, and loads of varieties and colours, you will have loads of fun picking the pumpkin that’s just right for you! This year you can expect tractor rides, delicious food and drink, including Doughtnotts and of course there will also be some great photo opportunities!
4. Ruffords Halloween Trail

Have a spooky woodland adventure with Rufford's Halloween Trail — fun for the whole family awaits! The ancient woods of Rufford Abbey Country Park will be transformed into a haunted playground for brave explorers of all ages. Venture along the eerie forest trails, where twisting paths and shadowy corners hold plenty of spooky surprises. To get into the spirit, we invite little ghouls and goblins—and four-legged friends—to dress up in their spookiest costumes! Dogs are very welcome on the trail and are encouraged to dress up, too.
