A musical experience like no other; composer and pianist Chris Miggells will perform his ground-breaking piano compositions live at the iconic Clipstone Headstocks, now known as "The Iron Cathedral". You will hear a grand piano resonate inside the 50-foot-high powerhouse, the raw acoustics are truly phenomenal.
As featured on BBC, ITV and Notts TV, Miggells has been described as “the Banksy of the piano world”. Following a string of sold-out shows across the nation, he is fast becoming one of the most distinctive artists in immersive live music.
Simply an unmissable event, these are the tallest remaining Headstocks in the world. Imagine a grand piano amongst metal and machinery, a homage to heritage and industry of days gone by... It's is not just a concert, this is an experience.
As an introduction, there will be an opportunity to book a guided tour of Clipstone Colliery. Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of this historic monument whilst discovering its fascinating secrets.
Drinks and refreshments will be available throughout the evening and the bar will be open before, during the interval and after the concert.
This will be an intimate and exclusive performance with Limited Availability. Due to highly anticipated demand we advise booking early as we expect this concert will sell out fast.
