About

Come along to King John’s Palace on Saturday 22nd August 2015 and learn more about this historical site and its ongoing excavation.

This is your chance to be taken on a guided tour of the site, taking in the remaining part of the palace and also some of the results from this season’s Sherwood Forest Archaeological Training Field School.

Entrance on the day is free and there will be chance to purchase some refreshments at the site.

Directions can be found using the map below and car parking is on the right hand side through the entrance of the site.
