Learn baby and child CPR, choking response and first aid essentials in our gentle Life-Saving Skills for Parents training.

  • Recognise when a baby or child is unwell and know how to respond appropriately.
  • Perform high-quality CPR and use a defibrillator when it’s needed most.
  • Manage an unresponsive child, including what to do if they’re choking, having a seizure or fainting.
  • Care for everyday injuries such as allergic reactions, bumps, bruises, bleeding, burns and breaks.
  • Communicate clearly with healthcare professionals or emergency services when you need help.
