Wine Tasting and Food Pairing at Peggy's
5 wines with 5 dishes to compliment. A curated evening of wine, food, music, song and a really good story...
Join us on a journey of 5 wines alongside 5 plates, each complimenting the character of the wine. Timothy Green, founder of Sommeliers Choice will guide us through the tasting. This is an opportunity to expand our knowledge of the grape, the environment, the producers and a whole lot more.
Hosted by Peggy's founders; executive chef Rachel Foster & music curator Paul Deats who together, will tell the story of the journey of the Jazz Ambassadors which inspired Peggy's menu, through their love of jazz.
