One thing’s for sure when you visit Nottingham’s Revolución de Cuba – you and your amigos are guaranteed to have a good time! Located conveniently on the gateway to the Lace Market, opposite Nottingham Contemporary and just down the road from the National Justice Museum, The Head of Steam is ideally located to compliment your visit to the city.

Nestled in the rock beneath Nottingham Castle, the legendary Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem pub has been serving up ale since the 12th century. Made up of an impressive number of curiously named rooms and cosy nooks, today the pub is a well-loved haunt for locals and tourists alike, and a must visit for anyone spending a few days in the city.

Nottingham was the capital of lace for over 100 years and this heritage still runs through the streets, with the much-loved Lace Market still retaining its name and charm. Lace is still celebrated in Nottingham, with recent events being curated by Nottingham City Museums and Galleries to remind us of the city’s rich heritage, whilst looking forward to its use as a contemporary inspiration locally and across the globe.
