A blast from the past
In their first European campaign in 30 years, Nottingham Forest will face Swedish side Malmo.
Sound familiar? In 1979, Forest defeated Malmo in the European Cup final, with Trevor Francis scoring the winner to secure the club’s first continental title under legendary manager Brian Clough.
When are Nottingham Forest’s Europa League matches?
As part of UEFA’s new league-phase format, Nottingham Forest will play eight matches – four at home and four away.
