No visit to East Midland's Designer Outlet this Christmas would be complete without seeing Santa and his elves. The grotto will be open on Monday 17th November and will remain open right through to Christmas Eve!
This year, families can choose between two new enchanting experiences:
Running daily from 10am – 7pm, each session invites families into our enchanting grotto, where magic comes to life.
Storytime with Santa, a 15-minute immersive experience filled with joy, wonder, and holiday cheer.
What’s Included:
Gather ‘round for Storytime as Santa shares a magical Christmas tale that will warm every heart.
Meet & Greet Santa – Smile big and snap a festive photo to treasure forever.
Every child receives a sweet treat and a personal letter from Santa – delivered with North Pole charm!
Soak up the holiday spirit in our beautifully immersive grotto experience – twinkling lights, festive sounds, and pure Christmas magic.
Or...enjoy a magical experince making reindeer food with Mrs Claus, a 15-minute immersive experience filled with joy, wonder, and holiday cheer.

Step into the sparkle of the season and join Mrs. Claus to create your very own magical reindeer food, sprinkled with Christmas cheer and ready to guide Santa’s sleigh to your home!

A proportion of all grotto proceeds will be donated to East Midland's Designer Outlet's Charity Partner of the Year – Kids Village: the UK’s first respite holiday village for children with critical illnesses.
