Nottingham’s only classical music festival welcomes newbies and culture vultures to hear some of the UK’s top classical artists. 2. Bonnie & Clyde the Musical

After the success of Six Teen Edition in Summer 2025, the Nottingham Arts Theatre Youth Group returns with a full-scale production of Frank Wildhorn's Tony-nominated musical. At the height of the Great Depression, Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow chased their dreams from small-town Texas to notorious folk hero status - and inevitable doom. Electrifying and romantic, with a score blending blues, gospel and rockabilly, this is a bold showcase for the company's most talented young singers and actors.

3. Vitality Blast Cricket Double Header

The Vitality Blast is back at Trent Bridge next summer - and in 2026, every matchday is set to feature a double dose of action! Expect sixes to be smashed, stumps to be shattered and the Trent Bridge faithful to be in full voice as they host the home T20 matchdays, with Notts Outlaws and The Blaze in back-to-back action on every single occasion. This Friday the Outlaws will be taking on Leicestershire Foxes while The Blaze face Somerset during the final home matches at Trent Bridge.
