Coinciding with the week Lionsgate release the latest Hollywood adaptation of Robin Hood, Visit Nottinghamshire announce two new Robin Hood products to meet increased demand from visitors to explore the story of the folklore hero

By the pricking of my thumbs, something wicked this way comes… It’s the season of the supernatural and there’s a host of hauntingly good events, fearsome festivities and spine-tingling attractions across Nottinghamshire as we get into the Halloween spirit. If that isn’t your bag of tricks, never fear, there’s plenty of other things happening this weekend.

A brand-new Robin Hood itinerary and two bookable Robin Hood products have been launched by Visit Nottinghamshire to coincide with the release of Otto Bathurst’s Robin Hood on the 21^st November.

We took a trip to the preview of the Robin Hood Beer and Cider festival to explore the new Nottingham Motorpoint Arena venue. Live music, great food, pleasant outdoor spaces and of course, most importantly, an incredible selection of beers. Brand-new venue, same great festival!

Visit Nottinghamshire have launched a multi-faceted #RobinHoodMovie campaign surrounding the upcoming film, which will be released in cinemas on the 21^st November.

After Pugs and Dachshunds, it was about time for the French Bulldogs to show Nottingham’s Café Sobar how it’s done. Being the animal lovers that we are here at Visit Nottinghamshire, we wouldn’t let this event go by quietly. So off we popped to the pop-up Frenchie Café on a sunny Sunday morning, and let’s be honest, being surrounded by adorable Frenchies is always a good way to spend a day out the office!
